Due to shipping costs, I’m only offering the livestock for local pickup. I want to do this so you can hand pick your corals. I’m posting pictures as a preview of what you can expect. I also don’t have a supply of waterproof containers to transport all of these so you will need to provide your own boxes and/or containers.
I’ll sell the rocks at $5 a pound, which as any of you know, that’s a heck of a deal for live rock with this much coralline growing on it. You’d probably have to pay $10-15/lb for this rock. I’ve weighed several of the rocks and I’ve had to estimate some of them because they were too difficult to get to by myself. Several of the rocks have soft corals growing on them. I’ve listed what I think is a fair price for the soft coral. Some of the pics in my gallery have a green 6" rule to get an idea of the size.
Here’s a list of what I’ve come up with:
Large rock with a few large green stripe mushrooms and a small group of yellow colony
polyps $110 ($70 rock, $10 polyps and $30 mushrooms)
Med-large rock with colony of 50+ button polyps $55
I have two med rocks with pink encrusting gorgonian $50 each ($30 rock, $20 gorgonian)
I have two med rocks with some type of red and green zoanthids $50 each
Med rock with small mushrooms and branching gorgonian $55
Spaghetti leather coral small $35
Orange cup coral $40
Large frog spawn $75
Med frog spawn $45
Small zoanthid colony $10
Large thin finger leather with some small mushrooms $45
Any other rock will be weighed when picked up and priced by weight.
I probably won’t be able to sell, let alone, catch the fish until most of the rock is gone. But if we can catch anything while you’re at my house, you’re more than welcome to it.
Fish:
Bicolor blenny $7
Damsel FREE if you can catch him!
Coral beauty (I think) $15
Spotted cardinal fish $5
Scooter blenny $5
Yellow watchman goby $10
Clownfish $10 he’ll eat from your hand
Please contact me via email so we can set up a meeting time. Evenings and weekends are best for me. I’m located near downtown Knoxville only a couple of minutes off I-40 exit 386A.
