peacock lighting

Alright I've had my peacock for bout 3 months now. Now question is lighting. I have a coralife 50/50 96w fixture, a 15w PC and natural sunlight, yes his tank is directly next to the window in my office.

Now my question is.. which lighting is best? I've tried all 3 and he just sits under his rocks all day hardly ever comes walking about. However i have not had a good amount of direct sunlight yet for him.

they usally do not hang out in the open, from what i can tell. they do not need bright lights at all.

Yep, there was a post on this, a week or so ago, from Dr. Roy, saying bright lights were a real no-no for some mantis species.
