Peppermint Shrimp Larvae

Just for fun, here are a couple of micrographs I took of peppermint shrimp larvae in my tank tonight.

Or they could be scarlet hermit larvae. People more knowledgeable than me aren't convinced they're shrimp.

Sure looks like a shrimp to me. The tail and the head look like a miniature of an adult shrimp. Could be all wet but thats my opinion.

Sorry to rain on your parade but I'm pretty sure that is a mysid larvae. I have "mysis blooms" all the time in my seahorse tank and that is exactly what mine look like under a microscope.
