Perc. bruising????

I have a very young perc and he seems to be getting beaten up. I woke up a few days ago and noticed that his eye was swollen and on the same side of his body he has dark marks... It almost looks like something hit him head on and bruised the side of his body... is that possible?

Ps I have a Bi color blenny and an adult perc... but the 2 percs are buddies.

sounds like pop eye and black ich, both are illnesses that can be easily treated. But I would post this in the disease forum and treat those fish fast cause black spot is catchy.
