Percula pairing question

I had a pair of rods oynx that were breeding regularly. The female jumped so now I only have the male.

I'm looking to replace the female with a new percula..probably either a picasso or snowcasso..but my concern is that the two fish wont pair up. Should I sell the male and just get two new juvi's? Or will it work just getting a new clownfish to replace the female?

I would think you would need an established female to replace the old one, or your male could become the female. I imagine getting a Juvi would make your male change anyway.

Just get a small picasso or sn*wcasso and you should be fine.

It's going to take sometime for your male to develop into female so if you can find a big enough clown that is the route I would take... If you can't and can wait for him to change then grab a smaller one. Good luck
