Perfecto Silicone Aquarium Sealant

Has anyone tried this? I'm sure it costs more but it should be safe.

It works fine but if you don't use the whole tube within a couple of days it becomes too stiff

I bought the tube(like the toothpaste tub kind) It isnt stiffining like the other tube might. Jm2c
