Pest in my Refugium?

I am having trouble identifying these tube worm like things in my refugium. I am not seeing any in my display tank. Does anyone know what they are? Thanks in advance.

spaghetti worms or hair worms? hard to make it out with pictures.

Could be a sponge of some sort
