Pests or not..

I've noticed these guys and wondered if they're damage causing pests. Has anyone come across these as well? Any help is appreciated! Thank you

Looks like a couple of different types of stomatella to me, never seen one so dark as the first pic but body shape looks right. If so they are beneficial algae eaters
