which one do u think i should get or is there a better one?
thanks filly

the first one would give you some control of things (turn on/off if ph is too low).....the second i think will just monitor

I don't know what your price range is, but I'd suggest an Aquacontroller Jr. It'll give you the option to control a lot of other things in addition to the pH and there's some great deals on them now.

I'd also suggest the aqua controller Jr.

You can use it to control your pH, and also Temp. It comes in handy to have a fan setup on the temp. controller, in case the tank gets a little warm in the summer.
You can get the base model for around 175.00. If you want the backlit unit with the serial connection, it's about 200.00.
The serial connection lets you connect the unit to a computer. Combined with the free download of Aquanotes, you can graph the pH and temp.

If you want to controll devices with x-10's, you'll have to invest another 70.00 for the controll unit and a few x-10's

It only comes with a temperature probe.

If you want the whole setup, with the temp probe, pH probe, backlit unit with the 2 x-10's and controll interface, it will cost 270.00. Add 28.50 for the serial connection.

Here's the link.

Thanks for the link Jer. It was a little late for me, since I ordered the Jr. on Monday. I had a credit with Neptune since my ACII died and they could not repair it.
