Greetings folks,
I have a ReefFanatic pH probe which came with my calcium reactor to titrate the CO2. The probe seems to have gone on the fritz - at least the controller reads -0.41 no matter if the probe is connected or not or in water or vinegar. Do the probes go bad after a time (e.g. 12 - 18 months)? I've tried gently cleaning the probe in fresh water (there was some algae or something caught by the bulb) - but still nothing. Is there something I can do - or should I pony up the $50 for a new probe?
Thanks for any thoughts!
