PH probe help

I just set up my aquacontroller jr., and I am having difficulty calibrating the PH probe. I have calibrated in nearly 5 times with PH 10 and 7 solution. The controller was referenced to a pinpoint PH monitor, and it was nearly 1 point off after calibrating it 5 times. I need some help with this, thanks.

saying its 1 point off, compared to the pinpoint? Have you checked the calibration of the pinpoint? Perhaps that is the one that is off?
