As I know ph probe is about 330CM long. Is it possible make it up to 500 CM long and temperature probe up to 200 CM? May I special order from the company?

No, I'm sorry but we don't offer custom lengths cables for our probes.

Yes, that should work. I don't recommend using 1 of these cables per probe.
