Phosban/carbon help

Okay I got 2 TLF phosban reactor for my tank. One to run phosban and the other hydrocarbon. I dumped 150 mg of phosban into one reactor and the other half full of carbon.

Ive heard all these bleaching stories and so Im taking it slow with the phosban. So since its too late to dump in half the dose like i should have. Can I run the phosban for an hour for this week and slowly increase the duration until its 24/7. Will there be any negative effect with the water that is sitting in the canister for 20 hrs doing nothing. Please advise. Or is it better to start the with a really slow flow and slowly increase the flow over time?

For the carbon, im just running it 24/7 for now.

I would throttle it back and run intermitantly for awhile. Were you running carbon before. If not that may be a shock to your system as well. Watch your alk closely. Might want to consider reducing photoperiod for awhile.
