phosban reactor media

I have 2 phosban 150 reactors. I want to use phosphate remover in one and carbon in the other. Any suggestions as to which type/brand of media would give me the best results? Also, I would like to connect them together. Do you think an MJ 600 (160 gph) tee'd off with control valves would be enough to pump both ?

hi-steve, i use rowa phos in my reactor, i have to say though that even though it is set properly after a couple of weeks the media slows down and does not move about properly, i then increase the flow and its great for a few more days etc, my experience with rowa phos in the reactor is it seems to clasp together quite quickly, if i increase the flow too much its quite violent, so im unsure if its a good media for the reactor even if it is superb for use with a canister, i highly recommend rowa phos under normal use however im still unsure if its the best media for the reactor, if someone else uses it in the reactor regually and has no problems then id like to think they will jump in and let me know where im going wrong

I am running pura phoselock and black diamond super activated carbon and i am running both with a maxi jet 1200 you have to run the main line off the pump to carbon first and then to phos reactor seem to be fine for me.
