How are the sponges located correctly in the TLF phosban reactor?

Mine came like this ......

bottom to top.......
Diffuser,sponge,diffuser,sponge. Is that the proper way to have it set-up?

However, I run mine, diffuser, spong, spong, diffuser, and then another sponge.
