I have a small phosphat reactor that I'm running carbon in. would I be able to add phosban to it with the carbon.

I don't think there would be any problem in mixing them, but the carbon will deplete its adsorbtion capability much more quickly than the Phosban (~4 weeks vs ~2 months) and will leach what is has adsorbed back into the water once it is depleted, whereas the phosban will not. So, you would either need to change both media roughly once a month, or have the carbon leach bad things back into your water. I believe that Chemipure has a longer lifespan than activated carbon, you might be able to run chemipure and phosban together and get the results that you want.
