it relative to the user and their experiences. I have been using the Two Little fishies Phosban and Phosban reactor with great results for the past 8 months on both my 40 gal and the gf's 90 gal tanks. I recommend it to people. I'm sure people on here have some more recommendations for you too.

Check Bulk Reef Supply, they have some good prices on GFO.

I use ECO PHOS, it works really well for me but a little expensive. Someone turned me on to this and i couldn't be happier with it.
