Phosphate vs diphosphate and antimalarial drugs

I can't get my hands on chloroquine phosphate but I can get chloroquine diphosphate. I also currently have atovaquone/ proguanil 250/100 mg and I'm wondering since all these drugs can be used to treat malaria if either of the ones other than the CP can be used to treat velvet.

Chloroquine diphosphate is fine to use.

Yes, treat @ 60-80mg/gal. 40mg/gal is still therapeutic, but that concentration doesn’t allow much wiggle room to compensate for biodegradation.
