Phosphates at 0?

My new Salifert test kit is saying my phosphates are at 0 or maybe 0.01 and i want to be sure that's possible and the test isn't wrong. My nitrates are at about 30. However, considering they were upwards of 60 a couple weeks ago that's pretty good (I added some chaeto and a Par38 LED bulb to the refugium that runs 24/7). I only have 3 small fish and a cleaner shrimp at this point in my 75g with 30g sump, and i feed some formula 2 once a day that they eat in about 3 minutes. I also run a RO NWB150 that is rated for a 120g tank (RO rates it at 150g, but BRS says it's for a 120g). The Chaeto grows like crazy, I'd say it's doubling in size every 2 weeks.

Is it realistic that i might have 0 phosphates?

Large volume of water and light bio load. Your tank is fairly new I am guessing. You have a source of uptake for nutients with the macro algea. Could be that low or being taken up by the macro. Have the water tested by your LFS or a friends test kit if possible.
