So my tank is a nano 10 galon and has been running for a little under 5 months now and I was just doing my weekly water change and parameter check and found my phosphates have gone up a little they usually read just over 0ppm but now I'm around 0.25ppm what can I do to lower it and should I bee concerned thanks all.

Apart from what has been said, Maybe it's coming from rocks. I have rocks that was not cured. It started producing phosphates in about four month in the tank. After the hair algea I turned over a rock to change the aquascape and I got bubble algae just from the side I turned over. I just waited it out after that.

probably not the rocks, if it were, you would have seen phosphates in your tank right away.
+1 on this
pick your poison

1-Increase water changes..
2-decrease feeding (stop overfeeding)
3-run gfo

in your size tank i would just increase water changes and stop overfeeding. :)

also make sure you blow off your rock and clean your sand with every water change
