For processing RAW files which is better -newest versions of Lightroom or Photoshop elements?

Another option "DxO Optics Pro 7" I like it better than Elements
Also if you want to try out for free "Lightbox Image Editor", they have a paid version as well.

I have photo shop 7 and enjoy it.
