Photo Resizing ?

Can anyone reccommend an easy to use photo resizing program? Tried Infran but got nowhere. Your help is appreciated

Irfanview is pretty easy, if you cant handle that I'm not sure what else is easier... you go to Image then Resize/Resample and either type in the size you want or else the % of the original picture you want it to be.

I think Paint which comes with Windows resizes as well And it's about as easy.

Paint's jpeg compression algorithm is horrible...you'll end up with jaggies everywhere!

Try GIMP. It's free and will do a whole lot more than resize.
