Photoplankton

Who is using Photoplankton these days and do you have any pics of how you have it set up. I have heard and seen 2 liter bottles used before anyone have or seen any new versions on this? Considering I do not drink much unless it is of the 12 ounce variety.

That looks cool but way overkill for supplemental feeding. I had 4 - 2 liter bottles running for months with very little trouble (not as elaborate as this DIY culture station http://www.reefcentral.com/diy/culture_station.htm).
Just about any tall round container will work. Avoid containers with corners. Keep everything clean and split the cultures when they are ready. Starter cultures are readily available.

I am getting ready to set up another system soon. It will take me at least a month to collect enough bottles on my own. Ask your friends for theirs, unless you friends have the same liquid preferences as you.
