i dont understand, for 1, air pumps not good for salt water. also i just turn skimmer and pump of for 1 hour whene i apply to tank.i just add with fish food while waiting to thaw.

It's hard to tell. Just keep adding more bottles until the bubbles stop. I made phyto for a long time (1+ years), but to be honest I didn't see a HUGE difference when using it versus after I stopped.
