Phytoplankton question

I just bought this 2 part kit of live phytoplankton. I know you can grow your own and I might start. I bought this to try and see if I see any difference between adding this or adding reef chili. It says to add 15ml per 25 galoons on each bottle. Is that really safe? I mean 60ml to a 55g is a lot I would think? I only have frags not i have about 15 frags of SPS, an anemone a few frogspawns, mushrooms etc... I am just worried about how it would effect water quality. I don't want nitrates and phosphates to start going up. Would it better to target feed or just add 60ml? I know the idea is to have a constant food source for fish, inverts and corals. This may be in the wrong forum, if so sorry

I also just bought some phytoplankton. I was told to just spot feed the corals. The bigger the corals I was told to feed about a tablespoon. Mind you that this is just an estimate. So I would just spot feed the corals and see how they are doing.

yea I have 3mL pippette and thats what I did last night filled it about half way and sprayed some on each frag, my birdsnest went crazy with extension
