Picky eaters

Hey y'all, I have some new fish that I know can be challenging to get to eat. Would love some opinions/experiences that y'all have seen be successful.

I have an Adult Annularis (Blue Ring) Angel. I know it can be difficult to get adult large angels to eat. Any tips???

Also, I have had a hard time in the past with butterfly's. I have a heniochus and a raccoon.
