Pico lighting for Z&Ps

I've set up a 2.5 gallon pico and am trying to cover the bottom with zoas and palys, but I seem to be running into a lighting issue. I stuck some paly frags I had sitting around in it and they are not happy. I've got a 10 watt 50/50 PC on the tank right now, and was thinking about adding a ecopico blue LED strip, but I wanted to get some other opinions first...
(I am a full time student, so I have a pretty limited budget)

If you don't mind cool white, you can find 9 watt e27 base led bulbs on ebay for around $10.

I bought one for my curing bucket and as a backup in case my retina led ever fails.
