I just have a Nikon coolpix 4800 . I would not know how to blurr the back glass. I don;t think this camera can do that. But If I was to buy another camera what would you all recommend?

Thanks astrogazer. Did you win a spot on the calender? With the clown shot? I loved that shot.

I really thought the clown shot had it made. I can't wait to see the calander..
I think it might be able to. It has to do with adjusting your aperature. My wife has a coolpix and I think it might be capable of such fine tunng...Originally posted by Victoria

If you are wanting to upgrade from a coolpix, I would recommend a Nikon D50. It is one of the lower cost Digital SLR cameras on the market, but has great capabilities - more then most of us amateur photographers will ever know how to use. I wouldn't recommend another Point and Shoot camera if you are wanting to upgrade. But If I was to buy another camera what would you all recommend?
And MAN! That is a beautiful tank! Your current camera sure has done a nice job getting color balance right. That or you are just really good getting it to do the right thing. I actually have one of the above mentioned Nikon D50s, and I am still learning to use it well enough to get REALLY good pics. And thank you all for your complements on my 30 gal
