Thanks for the question. That doesn't sound familiar to us so we might not have gotten your request. We checked the picture request log sheet and there is no Titan Trigger on it. We receive literally hundreds of picture requests a day and do our best to schedule them all as best we can. You should call us on Monday (we are closing right now) and ask for the picture then. We might be able to expedite your request for you. Take care.
