Great PIF Paul, now that I have one I wish I had one sooner, for someone just starting out, this can solve a lot of frustration while learning the ropes. Not only better water, but because its more convient I do more water changes and progresses from there.

For those who miss out, Yourreef carries an excellent 6 stage that I own myself. Its less than $200, and worth far more than the result you recieve. I found out the hard way (as I always do), so please do yourself a favor and get one for yourself.

Agree. I just got mine set up this Saturday and man what a difference not to have to worry about water. I cant believe i took so long to get one by far in my top 3 best purchases since i have been in reefing.

I agree.. I think RO/DI is the best investment i ever had on my tank.. once you add Litermeter III. You'll be in heaven..

Ahhh, my doser caused me more problems from alk creep than dosing by hand. A doser, especially with a two part application I think is something that should be purchased after one understands Alk/CA balancing, and how to avoid and solve problems.
