If you mean those yellow-blackish fishes with the weak fluorescent organ, please leave them where they are. They are absolut specialist fishes, living either very deep or in deep caves. They would not have their own lightsource to attract other fishes if they were living in bright sunlight.
I don't know of their temperature requirements, but I assume it is significantly lower than our average reeftank temperature.
In public aquaria they are pretty cool, but they can set up a dedicated absolutely dark tank where you can see them glow.
I did a search on fishbase, their resilience is very low, doubling times of the population is 4 to over 14 years.
