Pink Candy Canes?

The only ones I've seen that would be close are the very common pink rim with the mint green color in the center. Other than that I've only seen an all turquoise variation and an all neon green. And I've seen the pink and green ones photographed under pure actinics to give the false impression/advertising that they are blue. If there are other variations, I'd like to see them.

I have yet to see teh common pink rimmed ones... those are completly rare to me! Do you know of a site to get them from? My roomate is obsessed with candycanes and he told me that he had once seen pink candy canes on this site before and that is all he talks about. his birthday is coming up soon and id like to get him some.

No pink ones here but I do have solid neon lime green and blue and the common pink & green ones would love to have another variation

hey man, good to see ya postin.. I havent seen any pink ones either, but ill let you know if i find any cool looking ones

mine can look pink once in a while. I feed them quite a bit so they're always nice and fat.

You can find them most anywhere. I got mine from a guy locally when I was just starting the reef. This piece was 2 heads last fall. This pic is from about a month ago.

If you look at them in person, you can easily notice the difference. The candy canes are a branching coral. Underneath each head is a branch that you can break and sell the piece to somebody else. The acans grow in a layer, they don't branch out. The ones in my pic are just real tight together right now as they're growing.

In my first pic here, check out the top right corner. Those are dead branches on a seperate, turquoise colored candy cane. There's still a little remains of the head on one. That side is dead, the other half has a few live branches that are growing, that you can't see in the pic. They're still all attached to the main branch.

i have 2 of the pink with green centers just like your pic
i got them at that pet place, i only live about a half hour away but they do offer them on their website, seems thats the only variety they sell, but i would call in the order to make sure they ship the pink w/green centers as i did see once a neon green candy cane.
they list it as trumpet coral or candy cane depending on the branching habit...trumpets are more ballish while candies are more branched
