pistol shrimp ID

Found this guy and now I have him in a dish but I'ma put back in the tank as I've never had anything die in my tank. But I can't seem to find the species of this guy

Looks like Alpheus tricolor from Malaysia, look here: http://www.reeflex.net/tiere/803_Alpheus_tricolor.htm The text states that Dr. Art Anker from Canada described this species just in 2001.

From the few user reports there it digs very much (as all pistol shrimp do) and does not seem to live with a symbiose goby.

I have a pistol that looks very very similar to the picture. He does dig but no where near the same as a tiger pistol shrimp. He also will not pair up with the diamond goby that is in the tank with him. They are in a 46 gallon tank.
