PJ Cardinal white spot ID

Hello

have medium size 5 pj cardinals and pair of bicolor blennies in QT for 2 weeks now. Only did prazipro. Holding off the Cupramine.

QT is permanent set up, at least 4 months old, 20 gallons, sponge filter, plus air stone, heater. Only did prazipro in this tank to pair of purple firefish, and 4 dispar anthias.

so, one out of the 5 cardinals have a few white spots ( like a grain of salt) here or there. Have not seen 2 cardinals having spots at the same time.
One has a spot on left eye and 3 spots on top of the head, so to speak. But were gone in a few days.

another cardinal has some bloody anal fin and a bit swollen up around anus.

blennies are fine.

so, been wondering if it is ich or something else. If I should treat with cupramine, will it hurt blennies?
tank transfer is out of the options due to lack of space.

please, see if you can tell from the photos

thank you for your input

If the spots disappeared after a few days, it could be ich. If you are worried about copper, you might think about doing tank transfer. I have a Kole Tang in QT right now, and he reacted poorly to Cupramine, so I'm going to run him through tank transfer to make sure he is ich free.
