what is all this talk about going asexual Do I keep my light on the plants (feather calurpra) 24hrs or 12hrs? I just what to have a fuge going for my tank but this plant thing has got me confused?? I would really like to just keep the lights on half the time instead of all day do I pick a better fuge plant?

The caulerpas seem to have requirements which arent met in many systems which is most likely why they sporulate. However if the requirements of caulerpa arent being met then chances are that the same requirements wont be met for other types of macro as well. The big difference being that caulerpa is more likely to cause major water quality problems.
