They also make Plastic Golf Tee

seems perfect actually. it has a little indentation for the glue and pop glue the frag right on it. good idea

Im looking to glue the Golf Tee to the frag rock....so I could just stick the tee in one of the holes in the Live Rock.....instead of glueing rock to rock

I've seen this idea floating around RC for a while now. I think for zoas and stuff though, you might want to sand/file off the indentation in the top, because you wouldn't be able to cut the base off when you went to place the frags into your tank. Also the rougher surface would probably glue better as well. Just a thought.

Maybe this will explain a little better what I was talking about. Want to use the Golf Tee as sort of a peg, was thinking drilling a hole thru a piece of rumble rock, gluing the golf tee in the rock and cutting off the top of the golf tee. Here is a picture of what I was talking about. In the picture I used wooden tees just to see how it would work, they will be replaced with plastic ones.

i think thats is a great idea. i've seen that done w/ ridgid airline tubing as well. that way you can place frags in the sides of rock and they will stay put. people also drill the live rock in teir tank to match the size of the plug and place it in different spots on the rock.

Didnt I read post awhile back that someone kept golfballs in there tank.? or maybe it was one of those nights I had to much to drink....

nope you did read that, it was ciro. he keeps golf ball corals in his tank.
