Please help! Detritus build up? ID? Circulation?

Is this detritus/junk build up? If not could you tell what it is? It is on some spots of the rock. I have a petco king 160 power head in the bottom back right corner blowing to the left of the tank behind the rock and a cobalt MJ-400 power head up front in the middle on the left side blowing to the right of the tank but in front of the rock. I also have a 280 penguin bio wheel filter in the top back left corner and a skimmer in the top back right corner that is not on yet. Is this good circulation? If not could you help me? Suggestions? The petco power head is for 25-40 gallons and pumps 160gph Thank you!

Unfortunately I could not upload a picture but it is black in a spot or small spots separated. Also some parts of it seem to hang off. If you need more just ask. Thank you.

I got a picture of my tank so you can see the circulation but not the gunk. If you zoom in some parts of the rock on the left side you might be able to see it, it is black. Thank you again.

circulation would be ok - seems that you have a circular flow going on. As for the rocks - not sure. How old is the tank? I didn't see many creatures that would generate waste. Could it possibly be diatoms that you are seeing?
