Please Help!! ID

I've had this lionfish for about a month. He was really healthy and eating well then I noticed that it has a large wound neat the dorsal fin. it looks like the scales are being eaten away by something. There is a smaller yellowhead moray eel in the tank with him but he's pretty small. I don't know if this is a disease or a wound from the eel. Please help me identify this.

Here is the pic of his dorsal fin. Looks like its been getting worse. He was perfectly heathy a few weeks ago. Looks like some of his spines broke also...

Difficult to determine by the photo. Can you take a shot without the actinics on, or preferably with a flash?
