Please help/ Lighting reduction for vacation

I currently run my 2x150w 14k hqi on a 7hr photoperiod, 55g SPS/LPS system. I will be away for a week and am considering cutting back the light to 5 hrs a day to reduce heat issues. Do you think this will be a problem for the SPS on a relatively shorter phtoperiod for this amount of time. Any info/help appreciated. Thanks. Mile

Is that the only lighting you are using? I only run my MH's 5 hours a day as it is.. you will be fine with 5 hrs, no worries

arts, yes its the only lighting, I bumped it back an hour each week from the original 7hr photoperiod/
