2nd pic looks like cyanobacteria

Cant tell on the other 2, possible all three are cyano. What's your Phosphate level?

If it's cyano it will easily blow off with a turkey baster or similar device. Looks like you might need more water flow in that area.

There is a med called chemi-clean which will remove the cyano. However, unless you address the problem it will just come back.

To help you find the cause i need more info:
I noticed you have a 29 biocube; is that information current ?
Do you run a skimmer or GFO or carbon?
How often do you do water changes?
Do you run any other filter media? bio pellets? do you carbon dose?
What type of internal pump do you use in the tank for circulation?

Sorry for all the questions; I hope I can help :)

Sorry its a different tank 65 with an mp 40 at 60% ,asm g1 skimmer ,gfo and carbon mixed in a brs reactor .15 gallon water changes every week to week and a half . I havent added anything in the last 2 months except some small frag tiles and not that many of them.
