I think 'PE' stands for 'People Eater,' from the song with the refrain 'One eyed purple people eater,' by way of the zoa or paly saddled with the same name. Zoa's or Paly's with a distinctively contrasting mouth color seem to have the 'people eater' nickname attached to them frequently.
This link doesn't really look like the specimen you posted, IMHO, but perhaps you could find something there which does more closely resemble it.

Thanks so much tetra-tag. There's so many names for zoas and palys as there's so many colors and types
But I still learning along the way. And now I noe whats PE stands for thanks for tat.
I will go check it out on the zoaid website. With so many different zoas around, I believe there are tons out there which have not been discovered or name.
