Based on your pics, the BTA appears to be starving. There is a gal on "Clownfish and Anemonies" forum (Special Interest Groups) who specializes in these. Has the Nem been eating regularly? What are you feeding it?

How long has the tank been up?

Anemones require that your tank be at least 6 month old. This is due to the fact that anemones are very sensitive to any change in the water parameters. Taking snap shots of the water parameters won't guarantee a stable water condition.

Also how did you acclimatize your BTA? slow drip over 2-3 hours?
