PLEASE HELP!! Radion Serial numbers do not match

One of my radions is not connecting to ecosmart live. After getting some support I have realized the following

The serial number that is shown 050262483840180 does not match the serial number on my fixture that is 55770200692242.

I think this may have something to do why it is not connecting. I have performed the factory rested and I have tried to isolate this light and see if ecosmartlive would connect to it (my other radion is connecting just fine).

Please help! I was on hold for 20 minutes only to leave a message and this is my 3rd day without light.

I purchased these directly from ecotech.

You are correct, that is the reason why your Radion is not connecting. To have the serial number reset, please email me directly and we will schedule a time when I can log into your computer and resolve the issue. Service@ecotechmarine.com Attn: Alex

Alex,

I have emailed you already my ticket number was #21247. I will reply to out previous email so you know this is the same issue.
