Aggression can develop as this fish grow in size. Zebrasoma species of tangs are quiet aggressive, certainly when not inhabited in a large enough system. I havent read the whole thread so i missed how big your tank is but i fear if you wait till even one of these fish reach 6"+ then the angel will in all probability be dead. Upgrade to the 150 sooner than later and add the angel first. If this is not an option, then maybe think about moving one of the fish on..

what type of tang is in your profile picture and what else do you have in your 90 gallon?
I have a 75 G tank total volume system is 100G

I been told its ganna take another 2 years for an upgrade
