Please help what's happening to my coral?

Polyps not extending white bubbles growing on it, also my pulsing Xenia doesn't look to flash and has white spots on it
Dipped the coral in the photo in revive.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but that looks less like bubbles growing on it, and more that it's bleaching. Apologies in advance if I'm wrong...

Have you tested your water? Are any fish acting funky? Any changes in lighting intensity / photoperiod?

Everything is exactly the same with the parameters , I moved him to a lower area with less flow
