i need to know how much light i need to my aquarium is a 90 cm long hegith 70 cm and depthe 70 cm? 150 watt metal? 250? 400? and how much t5 i need to add and what white or actinic and how much kelvin the t5 and metal should have in kelvin?

So it is about 36 inches long and about 28 deep. That is a fairly deep tank but, need to know what you want to keep in it before making a recommendation.

Oops, you are right, thanks. Dyslexia, pain killers and posting aren't the best mix. :)
 
If "all" includes SPS, I would say go with at least 250 watts (( and I would use two of them )). If you are planning on keeping any SPS (( or clams for that matter )) on the bottom of the tank, I would consider 400.
 
For depth it will be, but depending in the reflector you use, might have some darker areas on the sides. That could be a good thing, or a bad thing. It would allow you to keep lower light corals there, but you may not like the look of the darker sides.

Over my 58 (( 3 feet long )) I am running 2 250s, mainly because I didn't want the sides to be darker. It is going to be a personal choice.
