please ID disease

I recently added two Dispar Anthias to my quarantine tank, and noticed some very fine bubbles (or white dots), i immediately started Cupramine treatment in Quarantine Tank, but would like confirmation of what the disease is and proper treatment, I have a few other fish in the quarantine tank also.

Last night the first Dispar Anthias didn't make it, the second is now showing same signs and looks pretty bad.

How were they acclimated? What was the specific gravity of the transport water?

The dude at LFS put them in bag, and they came home about 40 minute trip. The floated on top of tank for about 15 minutes to get to same temperature, then I put the bag down in a 5 gallon bucket that was tilted and did a drip for like 60-90 minutes, I removed about half the water two or three times (I didn't really stop watch the exact procedure). Afterwards I put them in the tank. The next day after a little closer examination I noticed the very small white dots on them that I couldn't really tell if they were air bubbles (I have an air stone in qt that wifely likes) or possibly sand. (I had a small tuperware container with some sand in it...)

Anyways once I suspected something, (I was planning on doing a water change anyways) I did a partial water change, [ I had the water already warmed to same tank temperature, I have an 45g vat in garage next to 45g vat of rodi with a heater and powerhead in it). Anyways so I did a water change that I had planned then put in first dose of cupramine.

Mainly i'm trying to figure out, is cupramine enough or should I dip the other fish with paraguard or something. The other fish seem totally oblivious there were two sick fish in tank with them, and are obvlivious to the cupramine and seem super crazy happy and hungry.

Before you ask, I removed the sand and the couple pounds of liverock (they are now in trash) and started cupramine. I can always pull some liverock from my display tank if I need some for some reason.
