A beautiful star. Difficult to keep. Similar to Blue Linckia's in difficulty.

At least as difficult, I definitely agree...and IMO maybe even moreso. Their diets may be even more specific than Linckia, and so in a tank smaller than say 150g with 200lbs of LR, I would think odds of survival beyond 18 months is low. Many though do not even make it past acclimation and die in the first month.
