please ID these

these are small anemone like growths on my liverock. can you please tell me if they are good or bad to have in a tank?

Not a problem. I can't ever remember the name, but I think they are a lower light coral that just grow out of the rock, usually on the underside of rocks. I've never had a problem with them.

 

[Hormigaquatica]

Phyllangia. A common hitchhiker in florida/caribbean rock and coral. Nonphotosynthetic. Feed a couple times a week with something small and meaty. I love those things- thats quite a cluster of them.
