Please id this disease on my snowflake clown

Does this look like fluke or ich?

Please provide history of fish.

I purchased the fish from a home breeder in Singapore. He said the fish had been in qt and had copper treatment and was stable for 2 months in his breeder tanks (with other clown fish - he could be lying and he was running low copper in the breeder tanks).

I checked the spot and it appears smaller now almost hard to see. Please note the spot is very small as the photo is very enlarged.

Have you treated for flukes? I suppose it could be damage from some kind of nematode worm or black ich. Pratzi / metro / FW dip can all help if this were the case.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about the white little thingy on the corner of his mouth.
